Strata Worldwide is entering a new chapter in the company’s growth and long-term strategic direction. The company will now focus on two primary global markets: Mining and Maritime. Its tunneling business will continue to operate as a key component of the Mining division.

“As part of the transition, Strata is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Hawes as president of Mining and Adam Beauchamp as president of Maritime,” said Strata CEO Mike Berube. “Both leaders bring extensive industry experience, strategic leadership capabilities, and proven track records of driving business growth within their respective sectors.”
Hawes brings more than 20 years of experience in global mining technology and operational leadership. Most recently, he served as CEO of Rigid Robotics, focusing on AI-enabled technologies for the mining industry. Hawes began his career in mining operations with Barrick Gold and Teck Resources before transitioning to mining technology leadership, including a role as COO at Hexagon Mining.
Beauchamp is a seasoned global business executive with more than 20 years in corporate development and strategic growth. He has served as a valued business partner to Strata, focusing on advancing safety in maritime transport and logistics through collision avoidance technologies. Beauchamp previously served as Global Head of Corporate Development at APM Terminals.
In their new roles, Hawes and Beauchamp will lead the strategic direction and operational development of their divisions while continuing to advance Strata’s commitment to delivering innovative technologies that improve safety, productivity and communication in complex industrial environments.
